Location and registration information

All classes this session take place at the Glebe Neighbourhood Activities Group (GNAG) located at 175 Third Avenue in the Glebe Community Centre. Register through the Amilia platform using the links below. You will need to have an Amilia account created to register. Make sure your profile and payment info is up to date to ensure a smooth checkout.

Free parking is available on Lyon St. in front of GNAG and on side streets.

Get ready to shake it and sweat to some of the hottest rhythms straight from the Caribbean!

Shake dat ting, whine dem hips, and bend yo back to Dancehall, and channel pure carnival energy with Soca! Come for a fiery good time filled with the vibrance, confidence, and nonstop vibes of Jamaica and Trinidad’s biggest dance styles. In this class, you’ll learn a mix of fun moves and fresh choreography set to the hottest tracks.

Each week, we’ll warm up to music from a variety of artists before diving into a brand-new routine. The weekly routine lineup is coming soon!

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, this class offers options for all skill levels so everyone can feel comfortable, confident, and amazing on the dance floor.

Hip Hop Royalty - All Levels

Expect big vibes, dope beats, and nonstop energy! We’ll be dancing to the hottest tracks from some of hip hop’s biggest icons while learning dynamic moves, fresh choreography, and how to own the dance floor with confidence. This class is all about celebrating your love for hip hop while bringing the energy and having an amazing time!

Each week, we’ll warm up to the best tunes before diving into a brand-new routine. The weekly routine lineup is coming soon!

This all-levels class offers options for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, so you can feel comfortable, confident, and challenged at your own pace. Bring your friends who love hip hop as much as you do!

WEDNESDAYS

Street Styles - Intermediate

For those who want a challenge and a little bit of everything… Dancehall, Reggaetón, House, Brazilian Funk, Hip Hop, Afrobeats, Urban Salsa, and more! Explore signature moves, musicality, and the unique vibes of some of Emilie’s favourite street styles.

Each class will include a mixed-style warm-up followed by a brand-new routine every week. The weekly routine lineup is coming soon!

Get ready to push your technique, pick up more intricate choreography, and grow your versatility in a fun and supportive environment. Whether you’ve been dancing for years or are ready to take your dance skills to the next level, you’re gonna sweat, smile, and walk away with new skills and a deeper appreciation for these diverse rhythms and styles.

A minimum of two years of recent street dance experience is recommended. Since a new routine is taught each week, you can join anytime!

Sass/Heels - All Levels

Come for the dance, stay for the community! Join us in a vibrant and inclusive environment where you’ll groove to sassy routines and discover confidence that extends far beyond the dance floor. Step into a space where your individuality is celebrated, your sensuality is embraced, and your fierceness is unleashed!

We’ll explore a variety of styles ranging from sultry R&B to fierce jazz funk and pop, all while building confidence, performance quality, and self-expression.

A brand-new routine is taught every week, so you can join anytime. The weekly routine lineup is coming soon!

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, this class welcomes all levels and promises an empowering experience with every step. Dancers are encouraged to go barefoot or wear dance heels.
